The generated alt text is provided for your use. While we do not claim ownership of the generated content, we reserve the right to use anonymized outputs to improve our AI models.

5. Limitation of Liability

LifeCap shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages resulting from your use of the service, including but not limited to damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses.

We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any generated alt text. You acknowledge that the service uses AI technology which may not always produce perfect results, and you are responsible for reviewing and editing the generated content as needed.

6. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless LifeCap, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors from and against all losses, expenses, damages, and costs, including reasonable attorneys' fees, resulting from any violation of these Terms of Service or any activity related to your use of the service.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms of Service at any time. It is your responsibility to check the Terms periodically for changes. Your continued use of the service following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
